St. Charles School at 8125 Swan Creek Road, Newport, MI 48166 US - Accident Insurance for Students

All students attending St. Charles school have accident insurance through Student Assurance Services. 

K-12 Students/Parents
As a service to the community, your school district has contracted with us to provide student accident insurance for your child. This is a valuable option to parents/guardians who, because of various reasons, do not have health insurance. It is also an excellent way to supplement your health insurance if you have a large deductible or co-insurance, including HSA plans.

A few things to point out to parents:

• Insurance claims MUST be reported to the office so the principal can fill out the proper forms.
• This also pertains to athletic events.
• This is only "accidental coverage" and not "health insurance" such (e.g. not for ear aches or sore throats)
