Bus Schedules
If you will be utilizing the bus transportation provided by the school, please call the office for the St. Charles bus schedule. If your child/children reside(s) in the Jefferson school district, you can find the Jefferson bus schedule
here. Please ensure you child's teacher is aware of your child's transportation to and from school.
All changes in transportation must be in writing to the classroom teacher.
School Mass Schedule
School Masses will be held on Wednesdays, beginning at 9:00 a.m. Our first school Mass will be held on Tuesday, September 9. Please review the enclosed Uniform Dress Code for proper Mass attire.
Supplies Needed to Begin the School Year
The following supplies are needed for specific grades at the beginning of the school year and should be replenished on a regular basis as the need arises. The Student Council has a school store that sells most of the items that need to be replenished on a regular basis. Be sure to have your child shop the school store when short of items.

Calculator with at least exponent and square root functions and a Protractor (plain, clear & flat)
All hard cover text books used by the students are to be
covered and remain covered during the school year with durable paper covering or stretch material covers.
Stretch covers need to be the correct size with
NO HOLES so that books are not damaged.
Soft Cover workbooks should be covered in clear
contact paper to increase their durability.
Please have all books covered within the
first two weeks of school.

Tuition
Your tuition statement has been sent home previously. Payment of tuition in full is due by August 18. Please feel free to send your payment to the school office anytime during the summer that is convenient for you. Those families paying by the FACTS electronic transfer plan, be sure all your FACTS information forms are in the school office by May 23, as this information needs to be submitted for payments to start over the summer or in August.
Physical Education Class
The required attire is a Saint Charles Spirit Wear shirt and solid white, gold or forest green shorts or pants. Students wear this uniform for physical education classes.
